We understand, that for most, your pet is part of your family and traveling without them can be difficult. This is why we offer pet-friendly rentals. All of our pet-friendly rentals require a $175 non-refundable pet fee. We use this fee to cover the cost of flea treatments after your departure and additional cleaning costs.

New Smyrna Beach is a pet-friendly beach town with many restaurants allowing for outside seating with your pet. Looking to hit the beach with your furry friend? Smyrna Dunes Park is a pet-friendly beach that allows you and your pet to enjoy the beach. All pets MUST be on a leash, and PLEASE pick up after your pet so we can continue to enjoy this privilege.

Daily Rentals

For those looking to escape for just a night or the weekend, Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. also offers nightly rentals at Coastal Waters Inn and Ocean Trillium Suites. Both properties are oceanfront and daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
